There have been many newspaper and magazine articles written about Sandra Picken Roberts. Her work was awarded the "People's Choice Award" at Les Trésors de la Grange Art Exhibition in 2010, and also Sandra's slate paintings are exhibited at the Tourist Information Office, Val-Saint-François Region in the Eastern Townships, Melbourne, Quebec. She was recently selected to feature in "Portrait des métiers d'art dans le Val-Saint-François" (A Portrait of Arts & Crafts) produced by the Local Development Center.

Artist using slate as a support for her works. Each hand-painted work shows nature scenes from the beautiful region of the Eastern Townships. She is also absorbed in historical works reflecting the honor of the Canadian military.
